Happy New Year!!! Giveaway winner announced!!!

***Winner of last weeks SURPRISE giveaway is.................Angie Alford!!!!  Congrats Angie!!!  Please email me within 48 hours to claim your surprise.   I will be away from my computer today but will get back to you tomorrow. Email fleurlenfantboutique@gmail.com***

Happy New Year everyone!!! Wishing you many blessings this year!!!!!!!!!! thank you all for your continued support in allowing me to do what I love.

My favorite gifts are always the homemade ones...........these take the most thought and time.  Don't you just love a fresh batch of cookies? homemade pie?  A dear friend of mine made a beautiful tote bag for me last year and just knowing the time that went into it was so special.  It's truly one of my favorite gifts.

My daughter Abigail (12) created these beautiful ornaments for us this Christmas.  Mr. and Mrs. Claus.............we will treasure these forever.  She got the inspiration here, on Martha Stewart.com.  Mrs. Clause even has ice skates :)  inspired by Abigails love for hockey maybe?

Would love for you to share your favorite homemade gifts too!!

Okay, time for the big giveaway.......it took awhile to find the winner as I do not know how to number comments yet on blogger.

  3. Happy New Year Andrea! Hope you are enjoying this holiday season with your family. I LOVE the little santa's your daughter made--they are so sweet!

My favorite gifts are always the ones made by my children--they are sweet and come from the heart--one that is particularly special to me is their little handprints in the shape of a christmas ornament, reinder, etc.....I will treasure those little hands always!

  5. Grats Meredith!

My favorite handmade gift was a scarf made by my sister this Christmas. There's just no way to compare something made by a person's own hands rather than picked up in a store. And of course my own kids daily creations :P those are gifts I super love!
